No setup fee — a one-time ₹1,000 registration books SchoolERP for your school, and the first month is free while we set it up. Not right for your school? It ends there, and your data leaves with you.

- GST extra, with tax invoices
- Prices on this page are exclusive of GST, which is added to each month's bill. Every month comes with a proper tax invoice — add your GSTIN and you can claim the GST as input tax credit.
- Free first month, no setup fee
- The first month is a free trial while we set your school up — no setup fee and no software fee. A one-time ₹1,000 registration books SchoolERP for your school. If it is not right for you, you can stop there.
- One-year minimum
- After the free month the subscription runs for a year from the day it started, billed monthly.
- 10% off for paying the year up front
- Pay the whole session in advance and the per-student rate drops by a tenth.
- Only active students count
- Counted when each month's invoice is issued. Staff, parents, alumni and applicants are free. Schools under 200 students are billed as 200.
- Fair use
- WhatsApp messaging (we use WhatsApp, not SMS) includes 10 messages per student each month. Your own domain is paid to the registrar, with no markup from us.

Do parents need the app to use SchoolERP?+
No. Every module works in the web app, in any phone's browser. The Android app in your school's name comes with every plan and adds push notifications and quicker access.
Can we change plan later?+
Yes. An upgrade takes effect from the next month's invoice. Moving to a lower plan takes effect when the year renews.
We only need one module from a higher plan.+
Add just that module for ₹3 per student / month — the price is customised to the features you opt for. If you would add more than two, the next plan up usually costs less.
Can we pass the fee on to parents?+
Many schools include it in the annual or development fee. SchoolERP can collect it for you as a fee head like any other.
Why is Android included but iOS extra?+
Google charges once to publish an app; Apple charges every year for each app. Most families in India use Android, so it comes with every plan, and iOS is ₹5 per student / month for schools that want it.
Who can use the AI?+
AI reports are for the School Admin and Principal, on every plan. Standard adds the AI tutor for students, which answers only from their own class syllabus. Complete adds AI question papers for teachers.
