A parent, teacher or student opens your school's own web address or app, with your name and crest on it. Everything they see from here on is your school's.

They sign in as themselves
Every person has their own login and their own role — a class teacher, the accountant, a parent. What they can open is decided by that role, fresh on every click.

They see only their part
A parent sees only their own children. A teacher sees only their own classes. The accountant sees fees, not exam marks. Nobody wanders into a record that isn't theirs to see.

The database enforces it
Those rules are written into the database itself (row-level security, on every table) — not merely hidden on the screen. Even a clever request for something off-limits is simply refused.
The last step is the one that matters. A screen that hides a record can be got around; a database that refuses it cannot. Your records are kept on our own secure server and backed up every day — and they answer to your school alone.

Minimum term is one full year, from the day your subscription starts — with the first month a free trial, and yours to walk away from. Nothing is billed per teacher or per parent.

Reach the end of it and feel it is not right for your school? Say so and that is where it ends — no notice period, no exit fee, and your data leaves with you.
