Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling at the end of the free trial

A School may cancel at the end of its free trial with no notice period, no exit fee and nothing further to pay, and take a full export of its data with it.

The trial itself is free. A custom charge the School agreed to and paid during the trial — for example for onboarding or data migration — covers work already performed and is not refunded. What the School is spared is every subsequent month, which is the substance of the commitment.

2. Cancelling during the minimum term

A School may stop using the platform at any point. The remaining months of the one-year minimum term stay payable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Where a School's circumstances have genuinely changed — a closure, an amalgamation, a collapse in enrolment — we would rather come to an arrangement than hold a school to a figure it cannot meet. Write to us.

3. Cancelling after the minimum term

Thirty days' written notice, effective at the end of the notice period. Months already invoiced remain payable; months not yet started are not billed.

4. Refunds

• A duplicate payment, or a payment taken in error, is refunded in full to the original method within seven working days of being confirmed.
• A month invoiced at a student count that is later shown to be wrong is corrected by credit against the next invoice, or refunded if there is no next invoice.
• Monthly software fees for months already served are not refundable.

5. If we end the agreement

If we withdraw the service or end a subscription for a reason that is not the School's breach, we refund any amount paid for a period not yet served, and give the School at least sixty days to export its data.

6. How to cancel

Write to us from the School's registered billing contact. We will confirm in writing, state the effective date, and set out how to export the data before it takes effect. A cancellation is not effective until we have confirmed it.
